SERVICES RENDERED BY COMMERCIAL BANKS,
AMONG THE WORKING WOMENS.
ABSTRACT
Indian banking sector has achieved tremendous growth
during last two decades, this growth should the way for development such
as ATM services, broking services, E-pay, safe deposit, E-rail, foreign
remittance, etc. most of the customers are don’t aware about these services
rendered by the commercial banks and they use the traditional method of
banking. By using the modern banking facilities we can do all the banking
transactions from our home itself and we can make payments less costly.
This project focus on the benefits delivered by commercial
banks to the women’s, women’s working in banking are aware about the
modern services rendered by the commercial banks but other than
women’s working in banking is not well known about these services; this
study helps to measure the awareness about modern banking services
among the working women’s other than banking field, the modern banking
services like internet and mobile banking help them to recharge their
mobile phone, make payments, help them to buy good online etc.
Other than all these positive sides of modern banking
services it has so many negative sides. Convenience comes at a risk; so
that the risk of modern banking services is high, some may steal your user
ID and password by an intelligent guess or trying their luck over several
attempts, because of this reason most of them don’t using the modern
banking services and they are continuing in the traditional method.
However the chance of occur a threat is very less, if a threat is occur this is
because of the mistake from the customers part. So that we can benefit all
these modern services. Another reason of the lack of awareness about the
modern banking services is that most of them are not know how to use
computer, internet etc.
Research indicates that the awareness about the modern
banking services among working women’s not from banking field, and
find that how much they benefited from all these modern services renders
by the commercial banks.
