  2. 2. Simple, decent and easy to read billboard
  3. 3. Small shop, no door only a shutter but looksgood compare to other shops in similar vicinities
  4. 4. Congested space, two persons can’t walktogether, not a customer friendly environment
  5. 5. Some goods areorganised byfunctionSome are not
  6. 6. No lettering, difficult for customers to findthings themselves
  7. 7. Salesmen are friendly buttrying to deal in too manythings in a small shop: • Wholesaler of shoes, raquets, balls, shuttlecocks • Retailer of Cricket, Soccer, All Raquet Sports, Swimming, Shoes etc.
  8. 8. OPPORTUNITY/RECOMMEDATION: 01BRANDING: Make your Shahraj Sports products for increasedmarketing and visibility
