    -be a super-hero to your community, your family, your kids, your planet,

    -get more in tune.
    -direct correlation between how in tune you are to green and how in tune you are to your other relationships
    -you HAVE a relationship with the planet (are you cheating them?)

    is there anyone who doesn’t like to be adored?

    -too much info?
    -like ordering chinese food in russian
    -dancing on rollerskates

    this is the foundation

    what do your customers see?
    what do your employees think?

    -high performance

    Operations:
                - water- low flow devices (sinks, showers, toilets, urinals)
                - electricity- smart strips, motion sensor lighting, intelligent HVAC systems, cool roofs, etc
            

    Building/Office (fixtures and equipment):
                - outside irrigation (the story of a sprinkler-head)
                - lighting
                - Windows (window film)

    People:
                - business processes (paper use, recycling)
                - vendor relationships (story of local, green printer)

    - people see right through this
    - important that we discuss before a talk baout marketing

    - everybody loves a feel good story
    - puppies and babies have no agenda
    - be the puppy/baby in your clients eyes
