    Indeed you can answer most Questions in less than 30 SEC ....using those tools .... Trust me I do ! In fact I’m running (well) CTO for the SAP sales & marketing group with close to zero SAP knowledge.... What I don’t agree is with the conclusion that I have outsourced part of my life.... What those tools allow for is state of the art superficiality . With that said some ofus were born with gift to absorb knowledge fast .....And those tools facilitate it.

    The thing we really do outsource is our HUMAN INTEACTION capabilities .....
