  2. 2. <ul><li>Specialty Menu </li></ul><ul><li>Smoking Room Conversions / Cleanings / Disinfectant Process: </li></ul><ul><li>A service National Appeal provides for the restoration of smoking room carpet, drapes, upholstery and mattresses, a unique process that allows for the removal of nicotine and smoke damage to all of the above areas. We are able to offer this service by using a live enzyme spray in conjunction with a product called Thermo 2000 (a water based smoke masking agent). The smoke cleaning/conversion completed in these rooms typically lasts an average of 70 to 90 times longer than a standard cleaning. </li></ul><ul><li>Typical reasons for smoking room restoration: </li></ul><ul><li>Complaints of smoke smells by non-smoking guests. </li></ul><ul><li>Reduce, if not eliminate, musty smoke smells. </li></ul><ul><li>Increase longevity of designated smoking rooms. </li></ul><ul><li>Guest Room Sterilization: </li></ul><ul><li>We have all seen the specials on ABC’s “20/20” where the room is illuminated with a black light and bodily fluids and other unmentionables are highlighted where the human eye would typically miss. We are able combat this problem by cleaning the carpet, drapes, mattress and upholstery with an anti-microbial spray that neutralizes bacteria, fungus, mildew and bodily fluids. This same spray is also used on a daily basis in hospitals all across the world and is now being implemented in the hotel industry. </li></ul><ul><li>Typical Reasons for Guest Room Sterilization: </li></ul><ul><li>To keep valued guests in the cleanest environment possible. </li></ul><ul><li>So people with allergies/asthma can breathe more easily. </li></ul><ul><li>To ensure that you provide the most current hotel hygiene sanitation. </li></ul>
  3. 3. <ul><li>Specialty Menu </li></ul><ul><li>Carpet Dying & Red Dye Removal: </li></ul><ul><li>Often in hotel properties, housekeeping employees and guests spill bleach or cleaning products that have a bleaching effect on carpet surfaces resulting in color loss. We have a solution! Instead of the old method of replacing or patching the carpet, you can now reinstall the color and pattern that is lost. Another problem that often plagues the industry is red dye and wine stains. This can also be remedied without patching or replacing the carpeting with a process called “heat transfer”. </li></ul><ul><li>Typical Reasons for Color Restoration: </li></ul><ul><li>Cost comparison is usually 75% less than patching or replacing the carpet. </li></ul><ul><li>With the dye process there is no visual difference. Carpet patches are noticeable because they are generally cut from new carpet and placed next to old carpet. </li></ul><ul><li>Spots of this nature are viewed by guests as eyesores and are associated with a poorly kept facility. </li></ul><ul><li>Acid Rinse: </li></ul><ul><li>This is the process of neutralizing high pH levels in carpets that have been neglected, heavily soiled or not maintained properly. Simply put, this process will help rejuvenate carpets that look dingy and dull. Acid rinse will also wipe clean any chemical residue from past cleanings that can cause a carpet to look dirty after only two weeks. This process should be performed on public spaces every third cleaning. </li></ul>

We are cleaning experts who have earned the Carpet and Rug Institute Seal of Approval and we are a certified firm by the International Institute for Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), the international certifying body for the professional cleaning industry. A locally owned and family-run franchise, we have a company principal present at each worksite to ensure the quality of our work. </li></ul><ul><li>Before giving us their approval, AVENDRA has, for the past six months, closely studied our company and interviewed our customers, while their textile manufacturers have inspected and approved our cleaning methods.   6. 6. <ul><li>PET ROOM HYGIENE SERVICES </li></ul><ul><li>Whether pets are official or unofficial guests in your hotel, their presence may leave lingering issues for future guests, issues in the form of allergy-triggering hair, dander, saliva, or odors and sanitation concerns from biological fluids and wastes. </li></ul><ul><li>The usual carpet care alone– vacuuming or shampooing –may not make the room safe for future sensitive guests. One in every five people has asthma or allergies. In the interest of your guests’ health, an odor-free environment, and your potential liability, additional steps may be necessary to make those rooms hygienically clean for subsequent guests. That’s why National Appeal, the Hotel Hygiene Specialists  , has developed a special Pet Room Cleaning process. </li></ul><ul><li>Our standard Pet Room Cleaning involves the following steps: </li></ul><ul><li>Black light exam to identify spots of urine, saliva, or other body fluids on carpets and furniture </li></ul><ul><li>Hair removal </li></ul><ul><li>Application of Pet Appeal, our proprietary pre-cleaning spray that prepares any biological deposits for removal </li></ul><ul><li>Application of a pre-spray that breaks down both protein-type soil, like food and biological fluids, and oily soil from pet fur and paw pads. </li></ul><ul><li>Hot water extraction cleaning of carpet, upholstered furniture, and drapes (cats love to sit in the windows!) The rinse solution contains both a special deodorizing agent and a pH restorative agent to retard re-soiling. </li></ul><ul><li>Installation of a unit of Nature’s Appeal odor-counteractant to neutralize all kinds of room odors without leaving a noticeable scent in the room. It remains effective for about a month. </li></ul><ul><li>The charge for this service is just $75 / standard guest room, $95 / standard suite, or $125/ 3-room suite. Many hotels collect a sufficient pet deposit to cover the service, so the hotel has no direct expense for maintaining these pet rooms. </li></ul><ul><li>If the black light exam reveals areas of pet urine, vomit., or feces, we’ll apply our proprietary Pet Deodorizer, a biological enzyme that will digest the residual contaminants, and an EPA registered disinfectant. There may be an additional charge in extreme or unusual cases.
