  • A MESSIANIC JEW Remembers Well The Place Of Sacrifice In God’s Economy
    • The words of John the Baptist were like thunder from heaven
      • John 1:29 “Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world”
    • This magnificent sacrifice need never be repeated again…it was so potent!
      • Hebrews 9:12 “(Christ) entered once for all into the Holy Place, taking not the blood of goats and calves but his own blood, thus securing an eternal redemption”
    • Jesus conquered sin by the sacrifice of a perfect human
      • Hebrews 9:26 He appeared once for all at the end of the age to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself”
  • How Do You Look At The Cross? How Do You Fit Into That Dramatic Scene?

    • Are you overwhelmed by God’s love and the magnitude of Jesus’ suffering?

      • “ While we were yet helpless, at the right time, Christ died for the ungodly. Why, one will hardly die for a righteous man…though perhaps for a good man one will dare even to die. But God shows his love for us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us…for if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by his life.” Romans 5:6-10
