  • 1.  SE DEBE ANALIZR SGUN LOS SIGUIENTES CRITERIOS:  Masa  Nodulo  Foco hiperccaptante  Analizando su morfologia y estructura interna
  • 2.  Se debe analizar según los sigientes criterios:  NO MASAS: PERO :REGION O ÁREA HIPERCAPTANTE
  • 3.  SE DEBE ANALIZAR SU COMPORTAMIENTO DINAMICO TRAS LA INTRODUCCIÓN DE CONTRASTE PARAMAGNÉTICO, GALODINIO.
  • 4.  Las lesiones malignas suelen tener un patrón unico, con captación precoz  e intensa los dos primeros minutos  Posteriormente se deben valorar las adenopatias, su existencia a nivel axilar y en la cadena mamaria interna, su tamaño, su morfologia y caracteristicas de imagen
