FSBO’S can’t list their home in the MLS. The MLS is a listing of thousands of houses on the market viewed by thousands of realtors that are searching for homes for their clients.
Agents won’t show FSBO homes. From the previous graph you can see the majority of homes purchased are through the use of a realtor.
