  • 3. Agency Description Founded in 1928 in Griffith, Indiana 235 students in Pre-K through eighth grades Open to all faiths Serves students from Griffith, Highland, Gary, Crown Point, St. John, & Shererville
  • 4. Advisory Council The School’s Governing Body 10 Members, 9 of them voting The principal, 2 teachers, & 7 parents Monthly meetings 4 Officers also oversee the Home & School Meetings (Parent Organization)
  • 5. Needs Assessment Declining academic performance in 4th grade mathematics 2006-2007 7% point decline 2007-2008 1% point decline 2008-2009 20% point decline 22% points below Indiana state average
