Objective To create a regenerative urban design plan for an underutilized portion of the Raritan Borough waterfront encompassing the ¾-mile long Orlando Drive corridor

Natural Playworks• Connects children to the outdoors, the Raritan River, and to active play• Creates a destination for families along the Raritan River Greenway• Provides a unique recreational opportunity for the community

Boat House and Launch • Retrofit of existing Department of Public Works building • Provides the community direct access to the river • Minimal disruption of natural habitat and existing ecosystems
