  2. 2. Teaming Value Proposition <ul><li>Forming a partnership to inform prospective buyers or sellers of real estate and real estate services in the Lee’s Summit area in a series of seminars. These seminars will provide critical information to help consumers make informed decisions related to all aspects of real estate, and for all seminar team members, provide a optimum opportunity to present your company to target market audience, strengthen your professional image, present your products and services and generate leads/marketing opportunities to support your business goals. </li></ul>

The Plan <ul><li>Form a group of real estate, real estate services professionals (real estate sales, lending, insurance, home warranty, title and deed, inspection, appraisal, legal and community) – to present important and timely information to the public regarding their respective services that will inform consumers on these services provided. This information can then support the consumer to make informed decisions regarding their real estate decisions and their needs for services. </li></ul>

You have a captive audience that by attending has confirmed their interest in your services. Your opportunities abound to present valuable information to attendees and to demonstrate your value. Therefore first responders to this proposal that are willing to commit to the cost in participating (both in dollars and in effort) will be selected. </li></ul>

The Cost <ul><li>Share in the expense for preparation, marketing method (i.e. marketing list, mailing or advertising cost), supplies and facility. </li></ul><ul><li>(Details TBD and presented) </li></ul><ul><li>Cost comparisons to be considered here with other forms of advertising/marketing. </li></ul>
  8. 8. The Details <ul><li>Joleen Halloran, Keller Williams Sales Associate will facilitate the initial seminar launch, with subsequent seminars to be decided on later by the team. Joleen will prepare the initial seminar agenda and will prepare the background presentation material, select and acquire the facility, select and facilitate the marketing strategy for attendance, prepare the schedule and perform the set up the facility for the seminar. </li></ul><ul><li>The seminars are intended to be recurring based on the enormous amount of material that is potentially relevant to the real estate industry that would be beneficial to the public interest. </li></ul>
  9. 9. The Details (cont.) <ul><li>Future agendas, venues, formats and facilities will be agreed upon by the team ongoing. A new project manager for each seminar will be assigned to facilitate each ongoing seminar, if the team decided it is proven to be a valuable marketing and information distribution method. 1 </li></ul><ul><li>Our solution will be fully implemented within 4 months, including all staff training </li></ul><ul><li>Streamlined customer, sales, and service processes will improve efficiency by at least 10% within the first 6 months of implementation </li></ul><ul><li>Time to market will be reduced from 8 to 6 weeks </li></ul><ul><li>Average time to close new sales will be reduced from 6 to 4 weeks, and sales costs will be reduced by at least 10% within the first 6 months </li></ul>
