  5. 5. Create a Presentation <ul><li>Your teacher will hand you an information sheet about a major event which has happened here in NZ. Thankyou to students from 9 MCL who have helped put this together. </li></ul><ul><li>In 15 minutes you must create a poster using this information. You must be able to use it to teach others what happened and why it is important to NZ. </li></ul><ul><li>N.B. You are encouraged to use pictures instead of words. </li></ul>
  6. 6. Teachers versus Students <ul><li>Choose half of your group to remain behind as teachers. They will teach the other groups about the event they are presenting. </li></ul><ul><li>The other half of you group is going to revolve around each of the tables doing research and taking notes using your Research Sheet. </li></ul>
  7. 7. Homework <ul><li>Choose a significant event we have studied. </li></ul><ul><li>Write a structured paragraph explaining why you think it is significant. </li></ul>
