  • Google Calendar Shared calendaring for your organization Publically viewable
  • Google Chat Chat client or through your web browser Each user account has chat enabled Works on mobile phones
  • Google Drive Formerly Google Docs Works like MS Word or Open Office Shared documents and document editing and creating
