  43. 43. Her Death <ul><li>Done seeking unorthodox cures for her Tuberculosis she stayed at Gurdjieff’s Institute
  44. 44. On January 9, 1923, at the age of 34 Mansfield suffered a fatal pulmonary haemorrhage, after running up a flight of stairs to show Murry how well she was on one of his rare visits. </li></ul>
