The wedding date depends on a lot of things:
Location of wedding
Specific preferences
Time
Date
Personal considerations

Step 5: Size of the wedding & guests
Before choosing a venue for the wedding, the individual planning must know the number of expected guests.

Step 10: Planning the menu
Consider the amount of guests.
Also consider the budget.
Caters are available
If not catering, ask friends or family to pitch in.
Whoever handles the food for the wedding make sure they understand the couples preferences.

Flower Options
Floral arrangements
Atmosphere desired for wedding.
Catering & floral work together to compliment each other.
Decorations
Decorations will also compliment the food & flowers.

Take home gifts for guests.

Step 12: Choosing the Cake
Make sure the cake compliments the wedding reception.
The cake is the center of attention, besides the bride.

Step 13: The wedding music
Choose a style of music that best conforms to the style of the wedding & reception.
Dj are available as well as a live band.
If your budget is tight, you may pre-record of random-play is an option.
Choose a great song for the conclusion of the wedding.

Step 14: The invitations
Finalize the guest list, date & venue.
Order invitations 4 weeks prior to mailing them.
Invitations should be mailed between 6 & 8 weeks prior to the wedding.
Include a RSVP date.
Finalize the guest list at least 2 weeks prior to the wedding.

Step 15: The Actual Wedding
This is the day to celebrate the two people getting married and show them your support.
