Effective Teens (1-4) <ul><li>Habit 1: Be Proactive </li></ul><ul><li>(Take control of your own life.) </li></ul><ul><li>Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind </li></ul><ul><li>(Think about your goals in life.) </li></ul><ul><li>Habit 3: Put First Things First </li></ul><ul><li>(Think about the most important things before anything else.) </li></ul><ul><li>Habit 4: Think Win-Win </li></ul><ul><li>(Have confidence that everyone can win.) </li></ul>

Effective Teens (5-7) <ul><li>Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood. </li></ul><ul><li>(Listen and understand what people are saying.) </li></ul><ul><li>Habit 6: Syngerize </li></ul><ul><li>(Work together to be more successful.) </li></ul><ul><li>Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw </li></ul><ul><li>(Renew yourself regularly.) </li></ul>
  4. 4. Defected Teens (1-3) <ul><li>Habit 1: React </li></ul><ul><li>Blame all your problems on everybody except yourself and have a negative attitude. Ex; Someone fights with you, fight back. </li></ul><ul><li>Habit 2: Begin with No End in Mind </li></ul><ul><li>Do everything last minute without having anything planned. Go out and party and do what you want, don’t worry about anything else. </li></ul><ul><li>Habit 3: Put First Things Last </li></ul><ul><li>Whatever is most important in your life put to the side. Such as homework. Homework can wait. </li></ul>
  5. 5. Defected Teens (4-7) <ul><li>Habit 4: Think Win-Lose </li></ul><ul><li>Don’t let anyone be better than you. You have to succeed in everything first. Live as if life in a competition. </li></ul><ul><li>Habit 5: Seek First to Talk, Then Pretend to Listen </li></ul><ul><li>Talk a lot and make sure nobody else gets the chance to talk. When people do talk only pretend to listen. </li></ul><ul><li>Habit 6: Don’t Cooperate </li></ul><ul><li>People are weird because they are different. Don’t try to be friends with them. You’re the best so your better off on your own. </li></ul><ul><li>Habit 7: Wear Yourself Out </li></ul><ul><li>Be so busy that you don’t have time for anything important or time for anyone else. Don’t study and don’t learn anything new. </li></ul>
