Labor of Love: Parents put up additional building for high school children Team Journey
As enrolment goes up from last year’s 75 first year students, to this schoolyear’s 198first and second year students, some space has to be used to make additionalbuildings. This is where old “tari-an” (cockpit) used to be.
Day 1, July 7, 2012--- “Naglatid na...”-- Lay-out of the building site
Rusiana family members (father and brother of student Leah Rusiana) cut out reinforcement steel bars for the posts...
Formworks being cut out by Peding, father of student Joniel Tilar...
One week later (July 20, 2012)....posts and beams are up...thanks to the cooperation of the family members of the students...
Soon, a two-classroom temporary building (called such because its not concrete)...will be here for the students ...funds from the Local Government of Guihulngan City! Thank you LORD, for this favor you have bestowed on our young generation!
