    Your book is one of my BIBLES and I enjoy your blog a lot. You inspire me to keep on reading even when there is 'no' time for it. :)

    Just wondering if your time management allows it, where I can read more about 'sleep is arithmetical', or what do you mean about that. I honestly got curious and puzzle with the slide 35. If you can give me a hint I highly appreciate it.
