Magazine pictures before i improved them Magazine pictures before i improved them Presentation Transcript

  • Magazine pictures before I improved them
  • I think this picture is toodark for the styles of a popmagazine. This pictureshows a more grungygenre such as punk/rock.
  • I personally quite like this picturealthough again it does not suit thegenre of pop. I also did this picturein a sepia style camera format. View slide
  • This is the sepia format of thepicture above, I think thispicture looks quite vintage andoldie-worldie. View slide
  • I think this picturelooks too blurred andnot professional.
  • I think thispicture wouldlook better if itwas in focus andthe backgroundmore lighter, possibly indaylight.
  • Again, I thinkthis picturewould lookbetter indaylightalthough thecolours of thejumper workquite well.
  • I dont like thispicture as it is verydark and you canhardly see theactually subject ofthe image.
  • I think this picturecould be improvedas thelighting, background and cameraisnt in focus. Thismakes the imageslooked blurredand at poorquality.
  • I really like thisimage but thedarkness makesthis photographnot suit the genreof ‘Pop’. Inaddition, I believethat it is quitepixelated whichlowers the quality.
  • About the photographs and why I have decided to improve them. These photograph’s was originally going to be used for the magazine although I felt that these pictures could be improved as the lighting and background does not demonstrate similarities of ‘Pop’ magazines. Therefore, I have re-done the magazine photographs to fit into the genre of Pop. This will attract the more suitable reader as the magazine is presented in a bright coloured, positive layout.
