    Good Morning ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the project briefing of the newest addition to RLC-HRBD’s various projects – the Gateway Garden Heights. Just a few months ago, we brought you a new breed of condominium development in the country. We launched the Gateway Garden Ridge in EDSA, Mandaluyong. We were very excited then, because of the innovation that we introduced by offering a bi-level condominium development. We may not be the first to introduce the bi-level development, but certainly, we were the first to capitalize on the very high-efficiency brought about by our own bi-level model. With our bi-level model, we fulfill our mission TO OFFER QUALITY CONDOMINIUM PROJECTS AT A VERY AFFORDABLE PRICE. Barely ten months after GGR was launched, we already sold more than 90% of its inventory. And day after day, our inventory of affordable bi-level units is fast depleting. Therefore, before we wake-up one day with nothing to sell, we are now launching another project offering our own bi-level units – the Gateway Garden Heights.
