Good or Bad Thesis Statement? <ul><li>Example #2 </li></ul><ul><li>The increased production of sales of reliable, </li></ul><ul><li>low-cost laptops will raise median SAT scores </li></ul><ul><li>over the next 15 years. </li></ul>Example #1 is the BAD Thesis because it is vague and doesn’t set the parameters of the discussion to be had, while Example #2 is the GOOD example since it attempts to. Example #1 New advancements in computers will lead to smarter students.
