  9. 9. • Add Soap Buffer Dissolve the MembraneAdd 10ml of extraction buffer to thebag.Seal the bag and start to smash thestrawberry for 1 more min.We need to dissolve the membranearound the nucleus just like we dissolvethe fat from frying pans.
  10. 10. •Filter theStrawberry/Extraction Mixturepour theSLOWLY and CAREFULLYmixture through the gauze in the funnelinto the test tube.While letting it drip, draw yourextraction set up in the designated box.We need to strain the cell fragmentsfrom the DNA to get a good extraction.
