  • # Summary Revenue have been declining Expenditures are increasing Living of Reserves
  • During the last 3 years, the chairman's fire rescue departments has focused on 3 goals. One, to provide a higher level of service to its citizens Two, to provide greater levels of protection to his firefighters Third, to do the first two at a reasonable cost to his citizens. Those 3 goals have been met What citizens really care about is getting help quickly and making sure those that show up can help (meaning a high level of service) and what we have done is do that.
