  2. 2.  Management – The skillful use and allocation of materials, time and human resources  Subordinate – Under the authority or control of another person or process  Leader – One who is in command of others and sets the vision for organizational goals  Manager- One who controls resources and expenses to achieve the organizational goals 2
  3. 3.  Critical Path – A series of tasks that cannot be moved or missed for failure of the project; Point of no return  Benchmarks – Checkpoints set throughout a project or task that help to measure timeliness and accountability for completion  Stakeholders – Individuals or groups with a vested interest in the outcome of a newly implemented project or process 3
