D.Page 1 CIL Recommended ELA Content Vision and Revision Process Curriculum Implementation Leads: Amanda Sass-Henke, Jessica Frie, Katie Stanley When teams would like to order new materials for an inspired unit, they should: 1. Complete the Inspired Unit Design Template. 2. Schedule a meeting with a Curriculum Implementation Lead  This will be a 45-1 hour meeting, face to face conversation w/Curriculum Lead about unit and resources 6-8 weeks before the start of the unit. There will be a follow-up meeting if necessary.  The team and the lead will discuss the unit and essential questions and offer recommendations, make changes or give feedback on the unit design. 3. At the meeting, the Curriculum Lead and the team will complete the  Text Complexity rubric  Resource request, Mackin order, or purchase order 4. At the conclusion of the meeting, the Curriculum Lead will make recommendations for changes to the unit design if needed, and the team will submit the purchase order to administration. Notes:
