Code) to the authors of “original works of authorship,” including literary, dramatic, musical, artistic, and certain other intellectual works. This protection is available to both published and unpublished works.
  3. 3. Objectives of this Tutorial Why We Care about Copyright! We want to limit the university’s risk of legal actions filed by copyright holders. We are personally liable if we have not followed copyright law and fair use guidelines.
