Spanning over 20 offices along the East Coast and Mid-Atlantic Regions, Reines’ platform contains roughly 190 mortgage professionals. Reines enjoys investing in the company’s greatest asset, its people, and this has attributed to the success and growth of the platform. His “hands on” management approach provides the tools necessary to cultivate managers into knowledgeable leaders as well as great coaches. This methodology of “giving-first” has rendered a 98% positive customer referral rating as well as an increase of 40% in closed volume over the last three years. Kenny Kasnett, Executive Vice President – Kenny Kasnett has been instrumental with the growth initiative and continual development of our retail platform by opening several new retail offices within the last two years.
