Our pets become members of our families and are often our best friends. They love us unconditionally, and when they die or disappear, sometimes we are surprised at the depth of sadness and emptiness we feel. This group offers a place where you and others who are grieving the loss of a pet will discover you are not alone in your grief and where you can begin to heal as you share with one another your experiences and memories of your special friend. With a physical book of every single person who made this dream a reality, any child or individu- al can turn through the pages of the Book of Love and see the names of everyone who loves them enough to make a contribution to make the dream of Chris My- ers Place a reality. Your name will be put in The Book of Love with any donation of $1 or more.and What is The Book of Love? The Book of Love is a physical binding of every single name of individuals, businesses, churches and organizations who donated anything to making theChris Myers’ Children Place Chris Myers Childrens Place possible. Whether the donation is $1 or $100,000; the names are recog- nized. Why Chris Myers Place? Chris Myers Childrens Place will be an established childrens facility to house children whose mothers are unable to take care of them. This could be a tem- porary basis until the mother can obtain employment and is able to take care of the children, or permanent- ly in cases where the mothers never become able to nurture or to provide for the children. These are houses that will become homes for these children where they not only receive the necessities of life, but share their life stories, make new friends, have the security of loving house parents who are there and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; where every aspect of the child is cared for: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Help us make this dream a reality! There are many ways you can help. Financial donations are much needed. The following levels of donation are available, however anything that you can give; whether it be time, monetary gifts, prayers, or supplies will be greatly appreciated.
