The Article <ul><li>Read the article </li></ul><ul><li>Circle your two vocabulary words </li></ul><ul><li>Copy the electronic Article Review Form to your “H” drive from the “Q” drive </li></ul><ul><li>Complete the form </li></ul><ul><li>Use complete sentences in the Summary and Evaluation sections </li></ul>

Always Spell Check & Proofread!!! <ul><li>Complete sentences (not casual conversation) </li></ul><ul><li>Spelling (use spell check) </li></ul><ul><li>Correct grammar </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Separate independent clauses with commas </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Example: My teacher makes us proofread everything, and she counts off for incorrect punctuation. </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Space twice after sentences and colons </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Space once after other punctuation </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Its and it’s; their and there; to and too; won’t, etc. </li></ul></ul>
