    • If you keep doing what you’re doing you’ll keep getting what you’ve got.
    • Happy people evaluate themselves, unhappy people evaluate others.
    • Could you have done worse?
    • Who can you control?
    • Yes if….
    • What did we agree on? Can you do that?
    • What do we believe? Do you believe it?
    • You didn’t do that for no reason. What was your need?
    • Keep that behaviour! Add to it another that doesn’t hurt you or anyone else.
    • Is what you’re doing getting you what you want?
    • You’re not the only one. I did the same thing when I was your age.
    • If you fix it, what does it say about you?
    • What’s the strong side of your weakness? The weak side of your strength?
    • What’s your job now? Can you do it?
    • Are you being a good friend to yourself?
    • Does it really matter?

    • What do you need to get started?
    • How can I help you get started?
