  12. 12. Teacher VoiceI LOVE our group!! We are not a homogeneous groupby any means: we teach multiple levels, alldisciplines, in both urban and rural settings. We arefunny, intelligent, caring teachers who are committedto learning for our students and for ourselves - proofthat learning is lifelong. The environment in our C of Pis that which we strive for in our classrooms. Anytimespent with this grouptalking, discovering, experimenting, sharing, consulting, collaborating, and celebrating will only benefit ourstudents in the best ways. Teacher VoiceI have changed my teachingpractice: I try to addtechnology when and where Ican, not only at school, alsoin my own life outside ofschool - before I would doanything to not usetechnology and now I feelsomething is missing if I amnot using it - The fear of theunknown is gone and I amtrying to share that with mystudents, technology doesnot always work the way wewant and there will beglitches and that is okay.
