    • Develop Company-Wide Awareness of QMS Requirements (Instill WIIFM Philosophy)
    • Basis to Expand Internal Auditing Ability
    • Basis to Establish Continuous Improvement Teams

  • 3. Step One
    • Present ISO Awareness Training Program (based on 2 part ISO Case Study) to Management for review
    • - Case Studies are customized using following criteria:
    • (a) Requirements of Chosen Quality System Standard
    • (b) Existing Operations of the Company
    • Determine number of employees on Site to participate.
    • - all Managers and Supervisory staff
    • - all Employees that read and write English
    • - all Contractors with long term arrangements

  • 4. Step Two
    • Work with Site Staff to develop 30 ISO Training Manuals that consist of the following:
    • - Case Study Part One and Part Two
    • - Legal Copies of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS 9100, or Chosen Quality System Standard
    • - Case Study Findings Worksheets

  • 5. Step Three
    • Schedule Training Sessions (In-Company)
    • - Estimate two ½ day sessions to accommodate up to 30 participants
    • - Case Study Part One & Two must be read prior to participation in training sessions
    • Conduct all Training Sessions in Company’s Facility

    • Day One (1/2 day session)
    • - Welcome to Participants, Handout Training Material & Review Agenda
    • - Present Overview of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100 or Chosen Quality System Standard Requirements
    • - Assign Participants to Study Groups & Explain Case Study Evaluation
    • - Study Groups Read Case Study Part One
    • - Each Study Group Appoints Spokes-Person to Present Findings of Case Study Part One Assignments
    • Day Two (1/2 day session)
    • - Review Chosen Quality System Standard Requirements.
    • - Assign Participants to Study Groups
    • - Study Groups Read Case Study Part Two
    • - Each Study Group Appoints Spokes-Person to Present Findings of Case Study Part Two Assignments
