The Digital World Forum closing event on sept 30th in Brussels was the final wrap u for a 18 Project which we were involved in. It sought to identify low cost ICT for emerging markets. OVF\'s Joy Tang sought to encourage people to see the big picture in terms of how ICT (and Web 2.0 in particular) are changing the way we share information globally. The result is that we are moving towards greater cooperation and consciousness as human beings. We anticipate that this with the right approach will lead to a higher collective IQ from which to find solutions to world\'s challenging problems.
