LUCIE, FLORIDA 2004 MASTER PLANNING ARCHITECTURURAL SERVICES INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES TOWN CENTER DESIGN 40,000 GSF OFFICE SPACE 20,000 GSF RETAIL SPACE 9,500 GSF COMMUNITY CENTER Baker Barrios Architects, Inc. designed four mixed-use buildings in Traditions Square, the heart of Core Communities’ expansive Traditions development. Three one-story and two-story buildings house office and retail space, surrounding the Town Hall Building which serves as the square’s anchor. The town hall, designed along a church-inspired theme, is an area where residents can gather for special events such as weddings, concerts and community meetings, reinforcing the develop- ment’s emphasis on encouraging small-town life and values.     • VILLAGE OF IMAGINE HOTEL TOWER PROJECT ARCHITECT ORLANDO FLORIDA 2007 ARCHITECT OF RECORD 256 UNIT HOTEL CONDOMINIUM PHASE I OF VILLAGE CONCEPT The Village of Imagine is a 30-acre village-styled resort concept consist- ing of two hotels, fine-dining estab- lishments, a spa, boutiques, and an array of recreational options, all within a self-contained site. The resort’s units are condos, which owners can utilize as rental suites when not owner-occupied. Baker Barrios Architects, Inc. was asked to be Architect of record for Phase I of this multi-phase project located near one of Orlando’s most popular attractions, Universal Studios Theme Parks - and across from the Orange County Convention Center. The resort will be set on the shores of two lakes and interwoven by a series of waterways and pedestrian walkways.
