    3. 3. Change is Evolution... <ul><li>Be it progression or regression, change is inevitable </li></ul><ul><li>In the case of IFMP, change is a directive </li></ul><ul><li>Our challenge is to insure the changes at GRC are effective and positive </li></ul>6/22/99

GRC has an Advantage... <ul><li>GRC already has automated business systems </li></ul><ul><li>Flight 1 Centers will have experienced the pain of system evolution & integration </li></ul><ul><ul><li>And we will do a “lessons learned” </li></ul></ul><ul><li>The implementation schedule has been replanned to our benefit (yes, BENEFIT) </li></ul>6/22/99
