  • 4. Don't do everything!
    • It's possible to push off work to your patrons
    • Know that all of this will cause more work for you
    • Your users will get more control (they like that)
    • Have enough money as a buffer to provide this level of service
    • Be able to cut funding in other areas to provide funding in these areas
    • Provide a long term plan to allow space, equipment, and flexibility to change.
    • Don't do everything!
