Don't do everything! <ul><li>It's possible to push off work to your patrons </li></ul><ul><li>Know that all of this will cause more work for you </li></ul><ul><li>Your users will get more control (they like that) </li></ul><ul><li>Have enough money as a buffer to provide this level of service </li></ul><ul><li>Be able to cut funding in other areas to provide funding in these areas </li></ul><ul><li>Provide a long term plan to allow space, equipment, and flexibility to change. </li></ul><ul><li>Don't do everything! </li></ul>
