PDF Direct Print Step – by – Step

Open your web browser. Enter the IP address of the device you would like to print to in the URL field and click ‘Go’.

You have now accessed Web Image Monitor. To confirm that the device has PostScript installed click on the ‘Device Info’ tab.

Scroll down the page to view Printer Languages

If you know the device has PostScript installed you can skip the previous steps and go right to the next step

Enter ftp://ipaddress into the web browser URL field and click ‘Go’

Locate the document you would like to print and copy and paste or drag and drop it into the FTP web page screen

Paste the document into the ftp page screen

The file will automatically print after copying to the FTP page is complete
