Party Central terms booking DJ services
1. Terms and Conditions for Party Central<br />A: Booking <br />A1. All parties submitted to Party Central must be submitted by someone that is eight teen years of age or older. Party Central will delete any party submitted by someone younger than eight tee years of age. And Party Central will not show up on the day scheduled for you party.<br />A2. All parties submitted to Party Central must be submitted two weeks (14 days) in advance from the date of your party. To allow time for processing and set up. Unless you have made other arrangements with Party Central. <br />A3. You can cancel a party by contacting us via phone, email or website. However, there is a 48 hour (2 days) cut off time form the time scheduled for you party to start. Once you pass the 48 hour cut off time you can still cancel a party but you are still responsible for paying the party minimum of $60.00 NO EXCEPTIONS.<br />A4. All parties submitted to Party Central must have a three hour minimum or longer depending on personal preference. Your party can still be less than three hours but you are still responsible for paying the three hour minimum of $60.00. <br />B: Set Up<br />B1. There must be plenty of space for our djs to set up our equipment. Equipment will not be set up unless there is enough space for safety reasons. Recommended Set Up Area: (8 x 4.5 feet)<br />B2. Electricity must be available for Party Central, djs to use. Such as one electrical outlet (for most services) and must be 4 feet form set up area. <br />C: Payment<br />C1. All party payments made to Party Central must be made in either check or cash form. Party Central does not accept any other method of payment.<br />C2. All payments submitted to Party Central must be made by from hand to hand transaction payments made through the mail will not be accepted.<br />C3. All Checks submitted to Party Central will be cashed the fallowing Monday from the date of your party. All checks are made payable to James Dalton Andrews <br />D: Broken a Damaged Equipment <br />D1. You the host a responsible for any broken, damaged or stolen equipment. You may be asked to pay for any broken, damaged or stolen equipment at your party. Party Central inheres you that all equipment is inspected and looked over before being used.<br />D2. If there is any broken or damaged equipment you will receive a bill in the mail for the cost of the item broken and the reason why your are being charged for the item. If the bill is not paid within 60 days (2 months) legal action will be taken. <br />E: dj Standards <br />E1. Party Central djs play a mixed verity of music. Please talk to you dj prior to your party to discuses song appropriateness. Ex. Language, Sexual Refreshes <br />E2. In Accordance with the Party Central Employment Handbook no other personal is allowed to operate any Party Central equipment except the dj(s) assigned to that party.
