IDC has released its Mobile Phone Tracker report, showing that in the second quarter of 2013, Windows Phone is the second most widely
used operating system in the Latin American region.
In one year, the operating system went from fourth to second place with good growth figures, especially in
Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru.
