Free Bible Coloring pages for older children Presentation Transcript

  • 1. For older children Coloring is a sound form of correction. Next time a child breaks a rule try giving him a coloring page or five or if a big offense…fifty. By the time he is finished coloring he will appreciate the value of staying inside the lines…your lines and Gods. He will also understand that you believe Bible verses are important. Click any image to download/print that page. Click the links for even more Coloring Projects. The last five pages are “Mirror Coloring Pages” TRY ONE? • Use the arrows or click the outside edge of a slide to turn the page. • When clicking a link run your mouse over the entire code until the finger points UP. If it points sideways it will take you to the next or previous page instead of following the link.
  • 2. Once a month color a page with your teen or pre teen…a reminder of the value of staying inside the lines. Of all the decisions a teen must make the one that matters most is: “to believe or not to believe”. If you color just one page with your teen make it this one. Print Coloring page from The New English Translation: The King James Translation: The next 14 Coloring pages are our top choices for the teen years.
  • 3. Raising a child without Bible verses -one a day- is like trying to drive a car without gas. You don’t get anywhere. Click link to print page from: The New English Translation: The King James Translation: To view more than 20 coloring books with themes like: prayer, sin, Jesus, God, and more visit www.bibleparent.com
  • 4. On TV and in popular music no one ever pays for their mistakes. It is a bad lesson for teens. In real life the rule is sin now die later. We hope you will visit www.bibleparent.com and try a bowl of “Pocket Scriptures” by your TV. Click Link to print page from: The New English Translation: The King James Translation: To view more than 20 coloring books with themes like: prayer, sin, Jesus, God, and more visit www.bibleparent.com
  • 5. Nearly ALL bad habits start in the teen years. A friend once told me “The best form of protest is an alternative.” The best alternative we know of to bad habits of any kind is regular church attendance Click link to print page from: The New English Translation: The King James Translation: For more than 20 coloring books with themes like: prayer, sin, Jesus, God, and more visit http://www.bibleparent.com
  • 6. A child who does not believe God is real will not believe sin is real. Knowing sin is real and dangerous could save your child’s life as well as his soul. Click link to print pages from The New English Translation: The King James Translation: Click any image to print that page.
  • 7. Nearly all children fear their friends more than anything else. Peer pressure can be terrible. Influence your children’s friends before they influence your children. Make one night a month friends night Click link to print pages from: The New English Translation: The King James Translation: Click any image to print that page.
  • 8. The one thing every child must KNOW is whether or not God exists and loves him. The only one who can give him this CERTAINTY is God. 1 Corinthians 12:3 Put your teen/preteen on the spot. Ask them if they KNOW. If they do not KNOW ask them if they want to know. God will answer ANYONE who asks. It is important to KNOW. Click links for pages from: The New English Translation: The King James Translation: Click any image to print that page.
  • 9. Click the links to print pages from: The New English Translation: The King James Translation: No one is ever too old for a Bible Verse. The older you get the greater the need, especially for teens and pre teens. Coloring one page a month with teens and preteens can help parents remind their children in a way they will remember. No one is ever too old to color a Bible Verse. For one a “Pocket Scriptures” visit www.bibleparent.com
  • 10. Believing in the power of love is not natural. It is supernatural…born of faith and of scripture. Guide your children toward scripture and God’s supernatural power. Click links to print pages from: The New English Translation: The King James Translation: Click any image to print that page.
  • 11. One of my favorite Bible Verses is Mark 9:24 which ends: “Lord, I believe, help my unbelief. “ That is what Bible Verses do for children. They help them believe one problem at a time, one verse at a time, one day at a time. • 12. My grandmother had a plaque on her wall that gave the secret of a happy life: “Something to do, someone to love, and something to hope for.” To give teens a sense of purpose we highly recommend they read Rick Warren’s Book “The Purpose driven life”.
