  • Champions must promote for discovery.

  • Fitness is about Spirit, Mind & Body. So this is one piece. Don’t we have a more comprehensive message?
  • Now in a million dollar plus self-funded studio, but started out of a small office space. Started audio only. Added video soon after. Typically each “show” gets approximately 20,000 views/listens per episode.
  • GFQ = Guys from Queens. A couple of guys in home offices started a “network” to broadcast their interests in technology, hair loss and other topics. Video/Audio “podcasts” available via iTunes & directly from their website.
