Informality (in the urban context) is always
a response to formality
In the case of Minhocão, ignorant planning
permitted the occurance of informality
New plans for Minhocão either ignore or
exclude informal use
I want to show the quality of informal use

Argument
Can architects plan formality as a response to informality?
Does the transformation of the viaduct change the (in)formal
activities on and underneath the viaduct Minhocão?
