  3. 3. Jack Gantos- How he got startedwriting. . .• Jack started writing after he readhis sisters journal. He thought shewas so smart and thought the journalwould be so interesting, but he wasdisappointed. So he got his ownjournal and a book he recently readinspired him to write about theinformation he got from being a spyaround his community and school.
  4. 4. Jack Gantos- Some importantthings kids should know• Jack attended 10 schools and hisfamily was life long renters. Thismade him some what of an expertwhen it comes to making newfriends. His books included someof his personal experiences andexperiences from interacting withothers (ADHD kids)

Including reminding himthat teenagers really strugglewith right and wrong and thatsociety needs to do a better jobof giving them guidance insteadof punishing them so quickly.
