When ordered by the British to disperse, The Shot Heard Round the World was fired. </li></ul><ul><li>Important Actions of the Battle – The Midnight Ride of Paul Revere. </li></ul><ul><li>Important Figures of the Battle – Capt. John Parker, British General Thomas Gage, and Paul Revere. </li></ul>
