end closings; Create and set up accounting books (entities, consolidation lists, banks, jobs, contracts, GL accounts, cost
categories, and etc.) in Yardi System for various fund projects; Monitor filing/application and payment of property
insurance, property taxes, corporate business license and income tax return; review payroll processing and payroll cost
allocations to various fund projects, interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits; and perform special
projects assigned by the Company Controller.
