Things have reached to this stage within no time, many a times we think that the things we wnjoyed is just a matter of few days, but reality has crossed years within the same time. Real time and our personal time have emerged to be two different streams. Thanks for initiating useful subject for so many of us.

We Are All One Person Company - Presentation Transcript

  1. We are all One Person Company Jay Parkhe
  2. We are all Entrepreneurs
    • It is tough out there, and it’s going to get tougher.
    • Forget about Security.
    • Like it or not, even if you start out with a large corporation, you are going to be an entrepreneur.
    • Make Peace with Reality, and your life is going to be a lot better.
  3. In the fight of Hungry and Not Hungry, Hungry will WIN.
    • In the new era of uncertainty, we all need to think like entrepreneurs.
    • New learning of globalisation means that people across the planet are competing for our jobs.
    • We are just beginning to understand the impact of a world competing for food, oil, cement, wood, and natural resources.
  4. “ Milions of smart, hardworking young people speaking fluent english…”
    • No expectation of anyone giving them anything..
    • Know that they are going to have to make it through their own motivation and ability
    • When I was young, things were tougher is no longer true..
    • When I was young, things were indeed easier..
  5. Global competition
    • Old days.. Good GMAT Scores and work ethic mediocre – you could be a PhD.
    • Today with Average GMAT scores and same work ethic we can not even be graduates.
    • Young people need to learn the meaning of one word that all successful entrepreneurs know well: COMPETE.
  6. In the era of uncertainty
    • Nothing can be taken for granted.
    • Have to develop skills and talents to make us globally competitive.
    • Keep upgrading and changing the skills and talents to fit the needs of an ever-changing marketplace.
    • We will be expected to know more and work harder as well as to keep learning in your increasingly precious time.
    • Face the reality of a ridiculously competitive marketplace for “fun” and “meaningful” jobs.
    • Calculate your probability of success in these glamour fields like writer, actor, comedian, athlete or CEO Coach.
    • Many in Hollywood who are great actors and actresses are still waiting at the tables at age 50 !
  7. Forget about taking a year off
    • Don’t spend your adult years “ finding yourself”.
    • Unless you are rich, don’t buy the flat screen TV. When you are poor, live life as a poor person; don’t try to live like a rich person.
    • And like any great entrepreneur, invest your time and money in your future.
