If the potential tenant is requesting to hold the unit, he/she will have to accomplish the Unit-for-Lease Hold Form and pay the appropriate Earnest Money (or Holding Fee).
Once client agrees on the lease, he/she accomplishes the Tenant Information Sheet (Application Form) and submits all required documents.
Leasing Services will do a “background investigation” on the potential tenant by calling the listed references on the Tenant Information Sheet.
Once a “background investigation” is given clearance, Tenant will sign the Contract-of-Lease (Lease Agreement). He will then give the required Post-Dated Checks for the entire lease term, Security Deposit and Advance Deposit.
Leasing Services updates the inventory pool with the new leased unit.
