  • About Jay Nath joined the City & County of San Francisco in September 2006 as Director of CRM where he successfully deployed Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software enterprise-wide. The technology has played a critical role in managing over 8 million calls and nearly a 1 million requests for service through the SF 311 service.
