Features Usability consultation on a product new to the
Australian market. The budget for the Functional
Specification phase of the project was $200K, the
deliverable being a detailed functional specification
document (420 pages) detailing how the application
would function and wireframes. I worked on the My
Inbox and My Calendar component of this product.
Comments Working with an interaction designer to create
wireframes and user flows which were workshopped
weekly with a number of BigPond product managers
over a three month period.
