What is the premise of the Javita Compensation Plan?
The basic concept behind the Javita Compensation Plan is teamwork and the idea that success is a result
of helping others succeed.
How many income sources are available?
Javita’s Compensation Plan provides both immediate and long‐term income. There are eight income
sources. They are as follows:

What are direct sales profits?
Direct sales profits are a simple and immediate way for Javita Members to earn income. Your customers
can purchase products directly from you (or through your personal website) and you earn direct sales
profits, which is the difference between the retail price and Member price. Refer to costing chart
above.
How much profit can you expect by selling at retail vs wholesale?
Retailing can generate profits up to 30%

What is the Top Enroller Bonus?
Javita provides its Members the opportunity to earn the Top Enroller Bonus during each Weekly Bonus
Cycle. The company has set aside two percent (2%) net local CV, with a minimum of $2,000 per week,
from the previous month for this bonus. The bonus is paid each of the following four weeks to those
who qualify. Currently, the company pays the top three Enrollers, but this number will increase as the
bonus increases. The top three enrollers are determined based on the total volume of product sales to
their newly enrolled Members during the week. The Member who has the most volume from new
enrollments earns the largest share.
What are Team Commissions?
Team Commissions are monthly earnings based on the volume from products purchased throughout the
various levels of your organization. Team Commissions are earned based on a Member’s qualifying rank.
How many ranks are there?
There are 7 ranks and three levels within each rank in the Javita Compensation Plan. The ranks are:
Associate, Consultant, Supervisor, Manager, Director, Partner and Chairman.
What type of Compensation Plan does Javita Use?
Javita uses a unilevel commissions program to pay Team Commissions.
What are Personally Enrolled Actives (PEAs)?
Personally enrolled actives are Members that you personally enroll and who are active and qualify to
receive a commission check in the current month. This means they must have 100 PV, a 50 PV AutoShip
in the prior month, or a new Member who purchases a Javita Business or Starter Pack.
How many legs does Javita’s Compensation Plan require?
The Javita Compensation Plan only requires the Member to build 2 legs. However, Members can build as
many legs as they desire and get paid on them all.
How many levels deep does the plan pay?
The Javita Compensation Plan plays out up to 15 levels depending on your Member’s qualifying rank.
Each level pays 4%.
When are Team Commissions paid?
Team Commissions are paid monthly on the 18th
day of each month.
What is required to be eligible to earn Team Commissions?
Eligibility to earn Team Commissions requires the Member to have 100 PV in the current or previous
month or a 50 PV personal AutoShip order in the previous calendar month. These Members are also
