Lead by Stan Cherelstein (Javita President & CEO), Javita’s executive team includes Brian Calvarese 
(CFO), Joe Traber (VP Operations) and Darryl Anderson (VP Marketing). Together, the entire Javita team 
has more than 100 collective years building and supporting successful network marketing companies. 
 
Is Javita a member of the DSA? 
Javita is not currently a member of the Direct Selling Association, but adheres to all DSA guidelines and 
principles.

What is its product philosophy? 
Javita is creating a line of 100% natural, instant gourmet coffees infused with herbs and other beneficial 
ingredients. 
 
What product does it currently offer? 
Javita’s first product is an instant gourmet coffee simply called energy + mind. 
 
What is the big deal about the coffee? What makes it unique? 
Your average cup of coffee gives you a little boost in energy, but Javita’s energy + mind blend provides  
energy from the South American coffee beans (Arabica and Robusta), PLUS it is infused with three 
additional herbs and natural ingredients to support increased alertness, mental clarity and energy. 
 
What are some of the health benefits associated with coffee? 
According to a recent report by the National Coffee Association, more and more people are recognizing 
the mental boost they’re getting from coffee. Studies show it improves cognitive function, short‐term 
memory and concentration, so you’ll be able to understand and process new information quickly. 
Experts at Harvard Medical School have reported that coffee has been shown to improve endurance 
performance in long‐duration physical activities. In a different review of studies on caffeine and 
exercise, researchers found that caffeine improved physical performance by at least 10 percent. In 
addition to these health benefits, emerging research from Harvard’s School of Public Health are 
suggesting protective qualities against prostate cancer, while a Swedish study shows that drinking coffee 
may significantly reduce the risk of antiestrogen‐receptor (ER) negative breast cancer. 
 
How much caffeine does energy + mind provide in a cup? 
Since the caffeine in energy + mind is derived from natural sources (South American Arabica and 
robusta beans and green tea), there can be some variance. We estimate the caffeine content to be 
somewhere between 150 and 180 mg per 16 oz serving.   
 
What ingredients are included in Javita’s energy + mind? 
Arabica beans, robusta beans, green tea, bacopa monnieri herb and gotu kola herb.

Why is bacopa monnieri included? 
This is an Ayurvedic herb used for hundreds of years in India where it is used to support mental function, 
serve as a nerve tonic and boost mood. 
 
Why is gotu kola included? 
This long‐respected botanical is used to support mental activity and rejuvenate the nervous system. 
 
Are bacopa monnieri and gotu kola safe? 
Not only are these ingredients safe for daily consumption, the FDA has awarded them GRAS status, 
which means there is substantial evidence for the FTA /FTC to consider these herbs as “general 
recognized as safe.” 
 
What benefits might be observed from drinking energy + mind? 
Javita’s energy + mind will give you more of what you’re already looking for in a cup of coffee—extra 
energy, alertness and mental clarity not to mention help for a fading memory. 
 
How is the coffee produced? 
We start with estate‐grown South American Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, picked at the peak of 
ripeness, expertly blended and slow roasted to preserve the delicate flavors and aromas. With the 
roasting complete, the beans are finely ground and begin a complex micronization and extraction 
process. It has taken us a long time to perfect this process, but it was worth it because it locks in the 
smooth, rich flavors, delicate notes and freshness, so that all you have to do is add water to enjoy the 
perfect cup. 
 
How is it packaged? 
Each Javita energy + mind is individually packaged in FDA approved, food‐grade stick‐packs. There are 
24 sticks in each box. 
 
What is the shelf life of energy + mind? 
Since energy + mind is individually packaged, you should expect each stick pack to preserve its taste and 
freshness for two years. 
 
How should it be prepared? 
For the perfect cup of Javita energy + mind, tear open the stick pack, mix with 8 oz of hot or ice cold 
water and stir. Add cream and sweetener as needed. 
 
What is the serving size? 
Each energy + mind stick pack is a single serving and contains 4.2 g. 
 
Is it safe to consume more than one packet a day? 
Yes. Please feel free to consume Javita’s energy + mind the same way currently consume coffee. 
 
How much does it cost? 
The cost of product varies based on whether the person making the purchase is a Javita Member or 
retail customer.

<COMPENSATION PLAN 
 
What is the premise of the Javita Compensation Plan? 
The basic concept behind the Javita Compensation Plan is teamwork and the idea that success is a result 
of helping others succeed. 
 
How many income sources are available? 
Javita’s Compensation Plan provides both immediate and long‐term income. There are eight income 
sources. They are as follows: 
 
Immediate Income (Weekly) 
1. Direct Sales Profits 
2. FastStart Bonus 
3. STAR Bonus Program 
4. Top Enroller Bonus 
 
Long‐Term Income (Monthly) 
5. Team Commissions 
6. Rank Advancement  Bonus 
7. Enroller Matching Bonus

10. Partner & Chairman Bonus 
 
What are direct sales profits? 
Direct sales profits are a simple and immediate way for Javita Members to earn income. Your customers 
can purchase products directly from you (or through your personal website) and you earn direct sales 
profits, which is the difference between the retail price and Member price. Refer to costing chart 
above. 
 
How much profit can you expect by selling at retail vs wholesale? 
Retailing can generate profits up to 30%

What is FastStart? 
The FastStart Bonus allows a Member to earn immediate income every week. The bonus amount is 
based on the CV of the first order of newly enrolled Members and your FastStart percentage. (see chart) 
If you join Javita with a Starter ($99) Pack, you are eligible to earn a one‐level FastStart payout. If you 
join with a qualifying business pack of $599 or greater you are eligible to earn a five‐level FastStart. 
FastStart is paid based on the Enroller Tree.

What is the FastStart period? 
The FastStart Bonus is earned weekly with the period beginning 
and ending at midnight every Sunday. The bonus is then paid the 
following Monday. 
 
What are the requirements for FastStart? 
Eligibility for the FastStart Bonus requires an existing Member to 
be active, which means a Member must have 100 PV in the 
current or previous month or a 50 PV personal AutoShip order in 
the previous calendar month. For new Members in the current 
month, their initial order Starter Pack ($99) or Business Pack 
($599) immediately qualifies them for FastStart in the current 
month. 
 
When do AutoShips ship? 
Javita’s AutoShips ship the 1st
 through the 15th
 of each month. 
Any new AutoShip created between the 16th
 and the end of the 
month will automatically ship on the 15th 
of the next month. 
 
What is the STAR Bonus Program? 
The STAR Bonus Program is the foundation of the Javita 
Compensation Plan, and is designed to help Members get 
started on the fast track to success. All Members should strive to 
become STARs, as this program highlights some of the key 
building blocks of network marketing – enrolling new Members 
and helping your new Members become STAR. 
 
When is the STAR Bonus paid? 
The STAR Bonus Program is paid as part of our Weekly Bonus Cycle. 
 
 
 
How does a Member become a STAR Elite? 
• Joins Javita with a qualifying business pack (QBP‐see definition below)  
• Enrolls two new Members in their first 30 days each with a qualified business pack.

What benefits are STAR Elites entitled to? 
• Lifetime eligibility to participate in the STAR Bonus—up to $200 a month! 
• Early eligibility for the Car Bonus Program at Supervisor II 
• Instant qualification for the Rank Advancement Bonuses at Consultant II and III 
• Special companywide recognition 
 
What is the Top Enroller Bonus? 
Javita provides its Members the opportunity to earn the Top Enroller Bonus during each Weekly Bonus 
Cycle. The company has set aside two percent (2%) net local CV, with a minimum of $2,000 per week, 
from the previous month for this bonus. The bonus is paid each of the following four weeks to those 
who qualify. Currently, the company pays the top three Enrollers, but this number will increase as the 
bonus increases. The top three enrollers are determined based on the total volume of product sales to 
their newly enrolled Members during the week. The Member who has the most volume from new 
enrollments earns the largest share. 
 
What are Team Commissions? 
Team Commissions are monthly earnings based on the volume from products purchased throughout the 
various levels of your organization. Team Commissions are earned based on a Member’s qualifying rank. 
 
How many ranks are there?  
There are 7 ranks and three levels within each rank in the Javita Compensation Plan. The ranks are: 
Associate, Consultant, Supervisor, Manager, Director, Partner and Chairman.  
 
What type of Compensation Plan does Javita Use? 
Javita uses a unilevel commissions program to pay Team Commissions. 
 
What are Personally Enrolled Actives (PEAs)? 
Personally enrolled actives are Members that you personally enroll and who are active and qualify to 
receive a commission check in the current month. This means they must have 100 PV, a 50 PV AutoShip 
in the prior month, or a new Member who purchases a Javita Business or Starter Pack. 
 
How many legs does Javita’s Compensation Plan require? 
The Javita Compensation Plan only requires the Member to build 2 legs. However, Members can build as 
many legs as they desire and get paid on them all. 
 
How many levels deep does the plan pay? 
The Javita Compensation Plan plays out up to 15 levels depending on your Member’s qualifying rank. 
Each level pays 4%. 
 
When are Team Commissions paid? 
Team Commissions are paid monthly on the 18th
 day of each month. 
 
What is required to be eligible to earn Team Commissions? 
Eligibility to earn Team Commissions requires the Member to have 100 PV in the current or previous 
month or a 50 PV personal AutoShip order in the previous calendar month. These Members are also 
deemed “active.” Refer to your Javita Compensation plan brochure for more details.

What’s the Rank Advancement Bonus? 
The Rank Advancement Bonus is provided to recognize a Member’s hard work in building their 
organization, and as a result, their ascent in rank through the Javita Compensation Plan. The bonus is 
based on ranks attained and the time taken to achieve a rank. Members have the potential to earn 
$500,000. To qualify to earn the Rank Advancement Bonus, you must have enrolled with a qualifying 
business pack (or upgraded to a qualifying business pack in your first 60 days) and maintain the new 
rank for consecutive months. Refer to the Javita Compensation Plan brochure for more details. 
 
What is the Enroller Matching Bonus? 
The Enroller Matching Bonus is paid to the enroller of a Member who earns the Rank Advancement 
Bonus. This bonus is a reward for teamwork – by helping the Members you personally enroll advance in 
rank. The Enroller Matching Bonus is equal to 20 percent (20%) of the Rank Advancement Bonus earned 
by your personally enrolled Member. If the enroller is not at the same or higher rank of the Member 
Personally enrolled, the matching bonus paid to the enroller is 50% of the full Matching Bonus amount.

Why is the Javita Car Bonus program described as “best in class”? 
• Ease of entry into the program 
• Flexibility in deciding the vehicle that best meets your lifestyle and dreams 
• It supports America because the cars in the program are only American made 
 
What are the criteria to be eligible for the Car Bonus? 
• STAR Elite Members can participate one they achieve and maintain the rank of Supervisor II or 
greater. This rank requires only 20K in total volume. 
• STAR Members can participate once they achieve and maintain the rank of Manager I or greater. 
This rank requires 40K in total volume. 
 
How does a Member qualify for the Car Bonus? 
To qualify for the Car Bonus, a Member must attain the rank of Supervisor II (STAR Elite) or Manager I 
(STARs), and then maintain (or increase) their rank and volume during a one‐month grace period. The 
Member will then earn a monthly bonus they can apply towards their new car (leased or purchased). 
 
Is there a cash option? 
Members who elect not to get a car can receive a Cash Bonus Option—which is equal to 50% of the Car 
Bonus amount. The Cash Bonus Option is paid in the monthly commissions cycle. (For Members not in 
the US or Canada, the only bonus available is the cash bonus option.) 
 
What is the Director Bonus?  
This monthly bonus consists of two percent (2%) net local monthly commissionable volume, and is 
shared among all qualifying Directors. 
 
How are shares earned?  
To qualify for the bonus, a Director must enroll one new Member during the month with a qualifying 
Business Pack. Shares are earned based on a Member’s rank. Also, one additional share in the bonus is 
earned for each new Member enrolled with a qualifying Business Pack.

How do you qualify? 
Eligibility to earn the Directors Bonus requires the Member to have 100 PV in the current or previous 
month or a 50 PV personal AutoShip order in the previous calendar month. Refer to the Javita 
Compensation Plan brochure for more details. 
 
What is the Partner & Chairman Bonus? 
Partners and Chairman have the opportunity each month to qualify for the Partner & Chairman Bonus. 
The bonus consists of one percent (1%) of global net commissionable volume, and is shared among all 
qualifying Partners and Chairman. 
 
Who is eligible to participate? 
To qualify for the bonus, a Partner or Chairman must enroll one new Member during the month with a 
qualifying Business Pack. Shares are earned based on a Member’s rank. Also, one additional share in the 
bonus is earned when a Member he/she personally enrolls achieves any new Manager or Director Rank. 
 
 
 
<GETTING STARTED> 
 
How does a new Member join? 
A new Member must be enrolled by an existing Javita Member. They join by going to their Enroller’s 
Javita website and completing the Javita Member Application. The Company does not accept a new 
Member without an Enroller. 
 
How much does it cost to join Javita? 
There are four levels to join: (1) $49 (a Javita Membership only), (2) $99 (a Javita Starter Pack), (3) $599 
(a Javita Business Pack) and (3) Javita Business Elite Pack ($999). Refer to the details of the packs below. 
 
What’s in the Business Elite Pack? How much does it cost? 
The Javita Business pack is $999 and includes 32 boxes of Javita’s energy + mind, 100 Javita Sampler 
cards, one Javita‐branded coffee tumbler and a Javita Member Kit. 
 
What’s in the Business Pack? How much does it cost? 
The Javita Business pack is $599 and includes 16 boxes of Javita’s energy + mind, 100 Javita Sampler 
cards, one Javita‐branded coffee tumbler and a Javita Member Kit. 
 
What’s in the Starter Pack? How much does it cost? 
The Javita Starter pack is $99 and includes 2 boxes of Javita’s energy + mind (48 sticks), one Javita‐
branded coffee tumbler and a Javita Member Kit. 
 
What’s in the Javita Member Kit? How much does it cost? 
Each Javita Member Kit includes a Javita Company Profile, Compensation Plan Card, Welcome Letter 
/Getting Started Card and Javita Flash Drive. Each flash drive includes electronic files for the Company 
Profile, Compensation Plan Brochure, Policies & Procedures, Forms, FAQs, our Corporate PowerPoint as 
well as our Javita Independent Member logo. Your Javita Membership also entitles you to discount

costing (wholesale cost) on our products and packs, as well as a lead‐generating, replicating website to

Why should I join the business with the Business Pack as opposed to the Starter Kit? 
The Rank Advancement & Matching Bonus is only available to Members who purchase the Business 
Pack. 
 
How long do I have to upgrade to a Business Pack if I decide to enroll without one? 
You will need to purchase the Business pack within 60 days of enrolling into the Javita business. 
 
Can I just enroll with a Member Kit? 
You can enroll into the Javita opportunity with simply the purchase of the Member kit. 
 
Is there a Member back office? 
As part of your new Member Kit, you will receive an online Member Center. Your Javita Member Center 
is contained within your Javita website where you can view your organization’s recent activity, newly 
enrolled Members, etc.

What countries does Javita do business in? 
We are shipping and paying commissions to Members in the U.S., Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, 
Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong , Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malta, New Zealand, 
Norway Philippines, Poland, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, The Netherlands and the United 
Kingdom. Please refer to the Javita website for the most current list. 
 
What is NFR? 
There are countries where Javita ships to, but not where Javita is legally registered to do conduct 
business. In these countries, Members may purchase product for personal consumption, however the 
product is not permitted to be resold. 
 
How do I sign someone up in another country? 
If Javita is not open in the country, NFR Members can sign up on your Javita replicating website. If Javita 
is open in the country, they must sign up through the local Javita office to ensure compliance with local 
laws.
